Vytas  brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience and has led or contributed to over $2 billion in completed projects across residential, commercial, institutional, cultural, healthcare, pharmaceutical, core & shell, ground-up, and renovation markets. His leadership is built on technical expertise, accountability, and a strong commitment to maintaining trusted client relationships throughout every phase of construction. 

His portfolio includes major residential and mixed-use projects such as Sky View Parc Phase 1, a $896 million, 2.1 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens; 1059 Third Avenue / The Leyton, a 32-story high-end condominium tower in Manhattan; and 468 Columbus Avenue, the first ground-up luxury condominium in New York City to receive Passive House Certification. 

Vytas is currently managing Halo Phase 1, a 42-story residential tower in Newark, New Jersey, as well as the renovation and vertical expansion of a 134-unit residential building at 77 University Avenue. His broader experience also includes educational, healthcare, cultural, infrastructure, and restoration projects, including award-recognized work on the restoration and adaptation of the Whitney’s Marcel Breuer building for The Met Breuer.
